PROGRAM DETAILS:
Program options:
- 12 weeks (3 months)
- 24 weeks (6months)
- 48 weeks (12 months)
Bespoke program includes:
- 1.5hrs Intake Session
- 1 hour weekly calls thereafter
- Email support and voice/text message support during the program
- All sessions are recorded
BONUS: 1 SOS call over the duration of the program;
Program combines Energy work, Strategy and Planning work, Coaching and Co-creation for tangible & measurable results
Intake Session (Week 1):
- Intention Setting
- Identify the areas of OUT OF ALIGNMENT with their truth in the areas of Career, Money, or Business
- Guide the client to identify which ONE or TWO areas they would like to be in alignment within the duration of the program
- Establishing working relationship agreement
- Help the client identify the tangible outcomes they desire in these one or two areas during the program.
- Help the Client create a plan with intermediate measurable steps for progress tracking to achieve these outcomes
Ongoing Weekly sessions:
- Hold 1hour weekly session taking one item at a time on the plan, clear any blocks to take action on that item, change beliefs, encourage the client to take practical application action steps between sessions.
- Track the progress at the start of every subsequent session against the actions agreed in previous session
Close of Program session (Last week of the program):
- Review results of the program against established goals/intentions
- Help the Client layout their next steps/ plan (including addressing gaps if any)
- The client has the choice to continue with the program to implement the next action plan or choose to exit the program

"When I joined the program I had 4 agendas. I was looking to take on leadership position at my current company, desired to be an entrepreneur and , heal some health issues with my kids. Optionally move into a bigger house.
Through the 12 weeks, Ajitha coached me on all 4 aspects with theta healing , digging for bottom beliefs and manifesting tools and techniques along with using project management techniques.
When we completed with the program I achieved clarity on my role and am on the path to become a program manager at my current company which hones my leadership skills. My kids health is on the right track as well, and somewhere I know and am confident that nothing is wrong with their health.
